At Harvest Community Haven CIC this summer we have been cooking authentic food to keep families happy without breaking the bank. Our initiative to support families during school holidays has been very popular over the last 3 weeks. This Thursday is our final serving.

We have been blessed to have a Jamaican family helping us cook, partnering with on Alfreton Road for this final meal for . Don't miss out. Check the poster for details and see you there.

Harvest Community Haven CIC is opening it's Saturday morning as normal from 10am to 11:30am with the food club and hot breakfast. We have a lot of stock, fresh fruit and veg, too many frozen items, bakery, long life cupboard items. Do passby with your own bags and a donation. Bring friends and family as we are also serving a hot breakfast for a quid. Yes £1! Share signpost to someone who might need this. See you all soon.

We are starting with a British fav Chicken Curry prepared by one of our lovely community members in our own kitchens. One of the ways we build community inclusion at our . All are welcome. Harvest Community Haven's hot meals are back this August! ❤️

School holidays can be an expensive time for many families, so we’re opening our doors every Thursday in August (1:00pm – 3:00pm) to provide affordable hot meals in a welcoming community space.

For just:
👨 £3 per adult
🧒 £2 per child

You’ll enjoy
🍛 A freshly prepared hot meal (new menu shared weekly)
🥤 A hot or cold drink
💧 Water (still or flavoured)
📖 Recipe cards to try at home
🎲 Games, conversation and a friendly atmosphere

Whether you’re looking for an affordable meal, a chance to meet new people, or simply somewhere to relax and to take your children without breaking the bank during the holidays, we’d love to welcome you.
