We would like to remind all visitors to Hartshill Cemetery that dogs are welcome in the cemetery, however they must be kept on a lead at all times.

Even the most well-behaved dogs need to remain on a lead within the cemetery grounds. This is a place of rest and remembrance for many people’s loved ones, and it is not a suitable area for exercising dogs off lead.

If you wish to allow your dog to run freely, please use Hartshill Hayes or Snowhill Recreation Ground, both of which are located close the cemetery and are appropriate spaces for off-lead exercise.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all visitors.
