These two courses are designed for Service Leavers and Veterans looking to move into fibre optics, telecommunications or network infrastructure, with practical classroom-based training to help turn military experience into a new technical career.

Fibre Optics Training UK is offering two 4-week courses in Crewe:

💡 HM Forces Fibre Telecommunications Bootcamp
A comprehensive fibre optic telecommunications programme for Armed Forces leavers.

💡 HM Forces Enterprise Networks Installer
An intensive, hands-on programme for those looking to move into the UK’s growing network infrastructure sector.

👉 ELC / ELCAS funding is available for eligible learners.

Enhanced Learning Credits can support Level 3+ learning, depending on length of service:

• 6–8 years’ service: 3 x £1,000 claims or 1 x £3,000 claim
• Over 8 years’ service: 3 x £2,000 claims
• Claims are used in separate financial years
• Financial year: 1 April–31 March
• Eligible credits may be claimed for up to 5 years after leaving Service if unused while serving
