We are currently recruiting for various positions at our Oldham site.

We have mornings, afternoon and day shifts available.

> Powder Coat Supervisor
> Powder Coat Operatives
> FLT Side Load Truck Driver (Must have a valid license along with 6-12 months experience using the truck)
> Cut & Screw Operatives

Previous experience is essential, the ideal applicants will have experience using tools and operating machinery and will have previously worked in the fabrication and engineering industry.

We are recruiting for an experienced Powder Coat Supervisor, to work at our site based in Oldham.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:30pm to 2300

Contract: Temp to perm after 12 weeks probation period

Duties:
• Supervise the Powder Coating department on site
• Lead and Motive a small team of 15
• Monitor and manage productivity and individual performance
• Monitor and manage housekeeping throughout the site
• Organise materials for works
• Monitoring the quality of finished products before packing
• Record hourly production counts and report back to the Production Manager
• Drive health & safety / culture change throughout the site
• Identify training needs and arrange suitable and appropriate training.
• Time & Attendance - Absence & Sickness monitoring
• Return to work interviews
• Disciplinary investigations
• Monitor and control holiday entitlement and applications
• Control and update the company skills training matrix
• Liaise with the management team as and when required

Great effort from everyone involved over Christmas, installing our new automated spray booth.
This allows us to do a powder coat colour change in just 30 minutes! This has also removed all of the airborne powder which is now totally extracted into the booth, improving air quality for our employees. Amazing machinery!

2021 has been a productive year for Tindalls! We have extended our company into another unit and installed a brand new automated spray booth. Our workforce has grown from 27 members of staff to 72 and we have built a fantastic management team!
Looking forward to even more to come in 2022!
