It's Alice here signing off on behalf of our Jonny boy. I am sure he would have wanted to say good bye to you all himself however he has been called away to a secret mission. 🤐

And we made it to the end of another day! If the rest of December is whizzing by as quickly as today did, I can see how Christmas is suddenly around the corner! 🫣

How is it the 17th December already? I feel like the 1st was only last week? I've blinked and suddenly Christmas is next week! 🎄🎅🏻🌟

🎁 Has anybody already finished their Christmas shopping? As usual I am running behind, and seeing the date on the calendar this morning hasn't made me panic at all...

Hi everyone, I’m Grace, a ForHousing tenant👋

I’ve lived in Eccles for 15 years and I took a big step and became an involved tenant with ForHousing.

Why? Because I wanted to make sure tenant voices are heard and acted on. Now, as Vice Chair of the Repairs and Maintenance Excellence Group, I work with other tenants and ForHousing staff to improve services, share feedback, and hold them accountable.

Getting involved has given me purpose, confidence, and the chance to help shape the things that matter most to us like repairs, communication, and making sure promises are kept.

I’ll be sharing my journey here, including what I’ve learned and what’s happening to make improvements.

If you’ve ever thought about getting involved, I’d say: just give it a go! You might be surprised at how rewarding it is and the positive difference you can make.
