Understanding Muscle Testing
A Window Into The Body’s Natural Intelligence
What is Muscle Testing?
Muscle testing is a gentle, non-invasive technique used within the Dawson Program® to assess how the body is responding to stressors, energetic imbalances, and environmental influences.
When the body is functioning in balance, muscles typically maintain a strong and stable response.
When the body encounters something that creates stress or energetic interference, the muscle response may temporarily weaken, providing valuable information about what the body may need to restore balance.
⸻
STRONG RESPONSE
✅ Balanced Energy Flow
* The body is responding positively.
* Energy is flowing more freely.
* The nervous system is calm and adaptable.
* Muscles maintain strength and stability. WEAK RESPONSE
⚠️ Stress or Energetic Interference
* The body may be experiencing stress.
* Energy flow may be disrupted.
* Muscles can temporarily weaken.
* Indicates an area requiring support and balancing. HOW THE DAWSON PROGRAM® HELPS
Using specific sound frequencies and vibrational techniques, the Dawson Program® works to support the body’s natural ability to identify and release energetic interference.
As balance is restored, the muscle response often returns to a stronger, more stable state.
This visible change can provide an indication of how the body has responded during the session.

Every Body Is Unique
Results vary from person to person. Muscle testing is used as an assessment tool and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
