It has been brought to our attention that a large group of young people were going around the parks, the police have been informed and have asked us to tell residents if they see a large group like this again to ring 999 straight away.

We are disappointed to see racist graffiti within our community. Our community works hard at being a welcoming area for everyone. Actions like this does not reflect the opinions of people living there and will not be tolerated. If anyone has seen anything please to report it.to the PSNI or the committee. To those living in the community from an ethnic background please know you are welcome here and we as a community do not want to see this type of racist behaviour in our midst. We will work with the PSNI and the local community on this matter.

Attention for.... my women's group, parents of the youth club, resident's of the Hospital Road. I am having a meeting with FODC next Thursday at the community centre (time to be confirmed) for health and wellbeing programmes, events etc within our community if anyone would like to come along and give their ideas they would be more than welcomed 😀 or if you have some ideas on what you would like to see coming to our community centre just send me a message or ring me :-) improving our health and wellbeing is very important and you might even make a new friend along the way 😀
