MEN'S STORY PROJECT

Men’s Story Project – A Space for Men Who Care, Saturday September 12th September 10:00 – 13:00 at the Carers Centre, Paignton Library.

If you’re a male Carer, you spend a lot of time looking after everyone else.

This session is a chance to look after yourself for a change.
Join other men for a mix of fun activities, practical skills, and honest conversation.

Nothing heavy, nothing awkward – just a supportive space to:

Build confidence
Meet other men in similar situations
Boost your mental health
Sharpen communication skills
Feel more connected and less alone
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter.
