Are you passionate about developing the next generation of swimmers? We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and Level 2 Qualified Swimming Instructor to join our poolside family!

We have a specific permanent block shifts available, or casual positions.

The Details:

Tuesdays 15.45 - 18.15 @ Torbay Lesiure Centre, Thursdays 15.45-18.15 @ Torbay Leisure Centre & Wednesdays 16.00 - 18.30 @ The Riviera International Centre 🐠

Casual Work: Ongoing opportunities for cover shifts (perfect for fitting around other commitments!)

Location: Riviera International Centre & Torbay Leisure Centre

What we’re looking for: ✅ Swim England Level 2 Teaching Qualification - or equivalent (required).

✅ A friendly, "can-do" attitude.

✅ Reliability - our swimmers look forward to seeing you every week!

✅ Ability to inspire confidence in the water.

A little favour to ask from our amazing swim families...

Today (29th May 26) we have a Swim Teacher Course taking place at the centre. As part of their qualification, our trainee teachers need to gain experience teaching lessons and work with a certain number of swimmers in each class.

If your child is due to attend lessons today, we would really appreciate your support by attending as normal where possible. Not only will your child continue their swimming journey, but they'll also be helping to train the next generation of swimming teachers.

Part 2 of Jo's Clipper Round the World Yacht Race! ⛵
