We are recruiting a Trainee Duty Manager (Fixed Term) to join our team at Torbay Leisure Centre!

Whether you’re an experienced lifeguard looking for your next step into leadership or someone passionate about leisure and customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on operational management experience.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Ideal Qualifications: National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) & Pool Plant Certificate

✨ No qualifications yet? Don't worry! Full training will be provided for the right candidate who demonstrates drive, strong leadership potential, and a great work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the daily operation and safety of the facility

Supporting team members and delivering great customer service

Learning health & safety, pool plant maintenance, and staff management hands-on

Does your child need a little boost in their swimming progression? Our October half term intensive swimming courses at Torbay Leisure Centre are the perfect opportunity to build confidence, develop skills and make progress in the pool! 💫

📅 Monday 26th- Friday 30th October

⌚ Available sessions:
🏊Stages 1 & 2: 8.30am-9.00am
🏊Stage 3: 9.00am-9.30am

💵 Cost: £30 for the full week! That's just £6 per lesson!

Our intensive courses give swimmers the opportunity to practise their skills throughout the week, build confidence and work towards their next swimming milestones! 🏅
