๐ฃ๏ธ REPORTING FOOTPATH, STREET AND HIGHWAY ISSUES
The maintenance of public footpaths, streets and highways in Pavenham is the responsibility of Bedford Borough Council.
However, Pavenham Parish Council regularly monitors their condition and reports concerns to the Borough Council, requesting timely action subject to the availability of funding and resources.
To help the Parish Council maintain a comprehensive record and follow up reported problems, residents are invited to tell us about any issues in one of the following ways:
๐ง Email the Parish Clerk at [email protected]
๐ฌ Post on the Pavenham Parish Council page or the Pavenham Village Group
๐ฃ๏ธ Attend a Parish Council meeting and raise your concerns in person. Meetings are held every two months in Pavenham Village Hall.
When reporting an issue, please include its exact location and, if possible, a photograph.
Your reports help the Parish Council identify local priorities and continue pressing for the necessary maintenance and repairs.
