Please remember to put the correct bin or recycling bag out for collection each week:

* 🔵 Blue cardboard recycling bag – Cardboard
* 🟢 Green food waste caddy – Food waste
* 🔵 Blue paper recycling container – Paper
* 🟢 Green glass recycling container – Glass bottles and jars
* 🔴 Red general recycling bag – General recyclable materials
* 🟤 Garden waste bin – Garden and green waste 🌿

Please keep recycling separated correctly and make sure your containers are accessible on collection day.

🌞 Today marks the end of Pennar’s Picnics, Paddles & Smiles, and what a summer it has been! 💛

Over the summer holidays, we have handed out a massive 326 picnic lunches and more than 70 Paddle West vouchers, giving families the chance to enjoy some time together, explore, have fun and make memories that will hopefully last long after the summer is over. 🧺🌊☀️

We couldn’t have done it without the incredible support of our community.

A huge thank you to Paddle West for gifting the vouchers and helping families enjoy some wonderful days out on the water.

Thank you to Gill, Sharon and Tesco Superstore for your regular donations of fresh fruit, which helped make our picnic lunches that little bit more special.

A very special thank you to Helena Holland, who spent so much time making hundreds of delicious Welsh cakes for our families. ❤️

And of course, our wonderful volunteers. Thank you for giving your time and helping keep Share Space open every weekday throughout the holidays for picnic collections. Your support has meant so much.

It’s easy to look at the numbers and see 326 lunches and 70+ vouchers, but behind every one of those is a family, a day out, a shared meal, a paddle, a laugh and hopefully a happy memory made together.

That is what this scheme was all about. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who played a part in making Pennar’s Picnics, Paddles & Smiles such a special part of the summer.

We hope there have been lots of full tummies, wet feet, big smiles and wonderful memories made along the way. 🥰

* Blue cardboard recycling bag: cardboard and flattened boxes
* Purple bags
