This recognition is for our Carers Respite Programme, a project close to our hearts that gives dedicated unpaid carers in our community time to focus on their own physical, mental, and emotional health. From fitness and toning sessions to relaxation workshops and nutrition advice, we're proud to provide a welcoming space for those who spend so much of their lives caring for others.
