It’s always so lovely to hear from our couples after their special day. K & C had a stunning wedding day here at Newhall in May this year and were kind enough to share their memories. Their kind words remind us why we do what we do and help future couples imagine what their own celebration at Newhall Estate could be like.

“Newhall is definitely a hidden gem.

The venue is beautiful. The house is an excellent place to stay with your friends and family which extends your wedding weekend which we found very special! The grounds are also amazing which is lovely for photos. This sentiment was echoed by all of our guests.

The Newhall staff are all amazing and look to make sure your day goes smoothly! On our wedding day there was no running around for us and we could enjoy our day!

The whole weekend format that Newhall takes is excellent! Our wedding day passed so quickly which made staying with our close family and friends over the weekend extra special. It allowed us the time to see them all properly. The Friday was lovely to come in and setup all of our decorations and see that the venue is setup the way we wanted for the big day!

A little secret from the hospitality world: Christmas starts in summer.

Not with decorations or mince pies, but with families securing a special place to come together. While summer may have only just begun; now is exactly when the most organised families start planning Christmas.

Because six months from today, you'll either be settling into a cosy corner in front of a roaring fire at Newhall Estate with family and friends plus a glass of something festive in hand…. or wondering why you waited until November to start thinking about Christmas!

We can’t promise a white Christmas; but we can ensure that you will have a most magical time at Newhall Estate.

How do the groomsmen get ready for a wedding at Newhall Estate?

For the recent wedding of Barbora and Nick, the morning began with a clay pigeon shoot right here on the estate a brilliant way to settle the nerves, spend time together and turn the morning into part of the experience, not just the lead-up.

Afterwards, they headed to the Games Room for drinks, music and those final getting-ready moments before the celebrations began.

From country pursuits and estate activities to relaxed mornings with your closest people. Newhall gives you the freedom to create a wedding weekend that feels uniquely yours.
