📚 We had a most enjoyable visit this afternoon from the Midlothian Mobile Library.

Tom welcomed us onboard and advised on the books. It's a well kitted out bus 📚

Cherie picked a book on gardening and one by a favourite author. Cherie told us she used to enjoy the mobile library visiting her street.

Rena asked about the audio books.

Elizabeth asked for a large print book of a nice story with no murders 😊

Sadly there were a few ladies who wanted to visit off today however, our next visit will be on Thursday 10th September so they can use the facility then 📚

It's great that a fortnightly visit to Broomhill day centre has been included in the schedule 📅

🧩🧩🧩 The 1st jigsaw on our new jigsaw table has been started! 🎊 Audrey enjoyed sorting out the pieces and did well getting a lot of the edging done.
With it being laid out permanently it gets a lot of interest from passers by popping in more pieces. Gets the brain thinking and hands working 😊
