Help us tackle loneliness. We are inviting residents from Silloth, Wigton, Maryport, Aspatria, and Cockermouth to nominate an elderly friend, neighbour, or loved one for completely FREE Day Care at Good Companions Day Care Centre, until 1st August.

What We Offer:

Free access (Mon-Fri, 9:30am - 4:00pm) with zero contracts.

Tea, coffee, delicious home-cooked lunches, and daily social activities.

Fantastic care and support (ask us about regional transport!).

Visitors can enjoy companionship, freshly prepared home-cooked lunches, daily activities, social interaction, trips out, and support from our friendly and highly trained care staff.

The centre is open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 4:00pm, and there are no contracts or obligations involved.
