St Ive Parish Council represents the two wards of Pensilva and St Ive. Parish Council Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month, at 7:30 pm, and alternate between St Ive Village Hall and Millennium House, Pensilva.

NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
The Annual Meeting of the St Ive Parish will be held on Saturday, 30th May 2024 in the Millennium House, Pensilva. This is a drop in event from 10.30am – 12.30

Come along and meet your Parish Councillors for an informal chat. Meet local community groups and find out more about their work. Catch up on information for the Neighbourhood Development Plan. Take a look around Millennium House to see the facilities available.

The St Ive & Pensilva Parish Neighbourhood Plan is reaching a vital milestone. Following years of community work to protect our landscapes and manage local growth, we are now entering the Community Consultation phase for Spring 2026.

This is your chance to have a final say on the policies that will shape development, housing, and infrastructure in our parish until 2030.

Public Consultation Period

2nd March to 6th April 2026

During this time, the draft plan will be available for public review. Your feedback is essential to ensure the plan truly reflects the needs of our local residents and businesses.
