š„ FIRE BAN MEANS NO FIRES. ITāS REALLY THAT SIMPLE. š„
We have had a NO FIRE policy in place for 7 WEEKS, since it started getting hot and have already posted warnings. Despite this, we have had a party decide the rules donāt apply to them. Weāve also had people phoning up asking if we allow fires and insisting it is ok to light them and telling us it is ok for us to let them⦠NO
Tonight, weāve been informed there is now an underground fire burning beneath the campsite as a result of a fire that has been lit.
This is EXACTLY why the ban is in place.
No fire means NO FIRE.
IT IS THAT SIMPLE!!
We will not risk the campsite, surrounding land, wildlife, our family and neighbours or other campers because someone wants a campfire. It is beyond selfish to risk everything for a fire!
If you are caught lighting a fire while the ban is in place, you will be asked to leave and will be BANNED. There will be no arguments, no excuses and no exceptions. If we are able to find out who you are from the location you have set up at our campsite we will be calling the police to report it.
We have repeatedly warned people about this, and quite frankly, we are getting fed up of having to explain something that really shouldnāt need explaining.
Please do not put everyone elseās safety at risk because you want a campfire. All of our guests are happy to follow this rule, but it only takes 1 stupid choice to ruin it for not only our guests, but our lives and business.
Thank you.
