Wellfields Car Park quarterly parking permits for Q3 2026 (1 July - 30 September) are now available to purchase! 🚗

At £100, our parking permits provide cost savings for those parking regularly in Penzance.

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝟲𝟱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿, issued on a first come, first served basis, ordered by date of full payment received.

All income from the car park is used to maintain the gardens and buildings within Penlee Park as well as the car park itself.

You can pay for your permit by card payment at our reception desk in Penlee Centre, Penlee Park, or online here:

We are responsible for the running and upkeep of the long-stay Wellfields Car Park (located next to Penlee Park).

For more than 30 years, Golowan has been powered by the people of Penzance. Every parade, every smile, every Mazey moment happens because volunteers step forward to make the magic real.

We’re looking for volunteers to join us this year, people who can give a couple of hours to steward the parades, welcome visitors, collect donations, hand out water, support the bands, or help keep the town sparkling.

Golowan Festival is just around the corner, starting with the Feast of St John Civic Parade next weekend (Sunday 21st June)!
