What a summer of reading in Worcestershire! 🎉This year's Summer Reading Challenge was another fantastic success, inspiring thousands of children across Worcestershire to discover the joy of reading!

Nearly 1,000 children joined our libraries as new members.
Over 2,000 children completed the challenge.
More than 125,000 children's books were borrowed across Worcestershire's libraries.
170 young volunteers helped make it all happen!

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, our brilliant library staff and young volunteers who helped make this summer such a success!

The Summer Reading Challenge is organised nationally by The Reading Agency and delivered locally by Worcestershire County Council's Library Service.
