Are you looking to improve your swimming technique, endurance and strength? If so, these sessions are for you! A qualified teacher will set you a structured workout and be available on poolside to give you extra tips.

📢 Calling all Year 11-13 students! Wednesday afternoons at the Lido are exam free zones. We invite you to take a break from the books and join us for a reduced price swim for just £3.50.

Start your day with our new summer Boot Camp 💪 Exercise outside at our beautiful Lido with a variety of weight and cardio-based activities.

📅 Wednesdays, 7.15am-8.15am, with the option to stay for a cooldown swim afterwards. £7.50 per class.

This fun new class is suitable for people of all abilities and fitness levels. We’ll be using weights, kettlebells and other fitness equipment, including training ropes, tyres and gloves and pads. What better way to start your day!
