Dear Parents/Carers

ParentPay will close on Friday. Please pay any outstanding balances as soon as possible. Any unpaid debt will move over to Arbor.

If you have credit on your ParentPay account, this will also transfer to Arbor automatically; you do not need to do anything.

School dinner accounts will also need to be topped up through Arbor. Children should still tell their teacher each morning whether they are having a school dinner or a packed lunch.

You can now book after-school club sessions on Arbor for the week beginning 8th June through to the end of the school year.

**Bookings close 48 hours before each session starts. This gives families more flexibility, but we will not be able to accept late bookings after the deadline.**

🚪 Gates open at 8:28am. Don’t be late (they close at 8:40am!)
⭐ Arrive on time each day and collect your stickers.

This week at The Beeches, we’re celebrating our Reading Champions, highlighting the growing love of books across the school and the powerful impact reading has on children’s confidence, learning and wellbeing.

Alongside this, we’ve been recognising our incredible staff during Wellbeing Week, sharing behind-the-scenes insights into school life, celebrating our Readers of the Month, and marking important updates like attendance and upcoming dates.

Please remember we are back at school on Monday 23rd March, for the final week of term. We break up on Friday 27th March for the Easter holiday.

Reminder: Tomorrow is a non-school-uniform day. Children may come to school wearing their own clothes. Please ensure that outfits are appropriate for a school setting and suitable for the weather, as they will still be participating in their usual activities.

World Book Day- Thursday 5th March. This year, we will not be asking children to dress up, and instead, your child will take part in lots of book-based activities at school. Details have been emailed to parents/carers!
