The sun came out to shine for our beach clean as part of our World Ocean Day celebrations. A big thank you to Catherine and Lauren from EGCP - Turning the Plastic Tide for joining us and making our beach clean a success. Today our older pupils were excited to share their Scratch skills with our younger pupils. Earlier in the week they took part in the SSEN Transmission Event where they developed their skills in using Scratch to code a game. Today they shared their learning by patiently teaching the younger pupils how to build their own game. Lots of fun was had by both teachers and learners.

This morning our P6 and P7 pupils took part in an online activity led by SSEN Transmission. We all completed the Virtual Challenger Experience, testing out our coding skills on Scratch. We followed the online event and then used our skills to create our own games on Scratch. We can't wait to share our learning with our younger pupils.
