👋 Meet the Board: Seamus Logan MP

Seamus is the MP for Aberdeenshire North and Moray East and is one of the five appointed members of the Board.

With 33 years’ experience in the NHS and roles in both local and national politics, Seamus brings experience, dedication and a passion for supporting Peterhead’s community.

Fun Fact: Seamus worked as a coach driver and tourist guide across the region for almost 10 years – so he knows the area and its people very well!

👋 Meet the Board: Steven Donald

Steven has been working in Peterhead town centre since he was at school – his family has also been running local retail shops for decades! 🛍️

As a volunteer member of the Board, Steven brings over 20 years of retail experience to the Communications and Town Centre and Enterprise subgroups. He’s dedicated to representing the town centre and making sure the voices of the people who use it and work there are heard.

📍 We Are Peterhead Town Centre Walkabout

Yesterday, members of the We Are Peterhead Board took a walk around the town centre to inspect the recent deep clean carried out at Drummer's Corner and discuss future opportunities for improving the area.

It was encouraging to see the positive impact the deep clean has had on this well-known part of the town.

The walkabout also provided an opportunity to identify priorities, explore new ideas and discuss potential projects that could further enhance the town centre for residents, businesses and visitors alike.

We are committed to supporting the ongoing improvement and regeneration of Peterhead town centre and look forward to sharing more updates as plans progress.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in helping keep Peterhead looking its best. Together, we can continue making positive changes for our town.
