The County Durham Wellbeing For Life Service team can support you to stop smoking, and are holding a drop in clinic at Healthworks every Thursday starting on 16 January - 5:30 to 7:00pm - contact Julie Hughes on 07833 548 321 for more information or simply drop in to find out more.

💙 Did you know that smoking harms the immune system and makes respiratory infections such as influenza and Covid worse, which peak in winter.

Only 48 hours after quitting all carbon monoxide is flushed out. Your lungs are clearing out mucus and your senses of taste and smell are improving.

The Wellbeing for Life team can support you to quit, and we have a drop in clinic at Healthworks every Thursday starting on 16 January - 5:30 to 7:00pm - contact Julie Hughes on 07833 548 321 for more information or simply drop in to find out more.
