As this is National Volunteer week, we are celebrating the contribution our wonderful volunteers make to the running of Pittenweem Library and associated projects.
The original library was closed by Fife Council in February 2017. By the summer of that year we re-opened as a community library and information centre. We have over 30 volunteers and trustees and we are incredibly grateful to them all. Without them we could not provide these services.

There is nothing like settling down for a good read with a book that has a despicable villain somewhere in the plot. This week we have an excellent selection of contemptible characters here. Why not pop in to the library and have a browse through these books on our display table.
