This rembrance weekend, members of HMS Vivid’s Ship’s Company took time to pause and reflect, even while on training and operations.

AB Victor joined fellow service personnel in Portsmouth while taking part in a NATO exercise, and PO Martin marked the occasion at sea during a Merchant Navy liaison voyage.

Though miles apart, both stood united in remembrance of those who served and sacrificed. 🌺

Today, reservists from HMS Vivid joined veterans, serving personnel, and the local community at Devonport Park to pay tribute to all those who have served and sacrificed in defence of our nation.

Standing alongside our comrades from across the Armed Forces, we took a moment to reflect, remember, and give thanks for the courage and dedication of those who came before us — and those who continue to serve today.

We will remember them. 🌺

Who will be watching this evening?

🇬🇧 HMS VIVID Reserves prepare to honour Remembrance 🇬🇧

This weekend, our ship’s company from HMS VIVID, the Royal Naval Reserve unit for the South West, will proudly join veterans, serving personnel, and the local community at Devonport Park to pay tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

As we polish our boots and prepare our uniforms, we remember not only the fallen of past conflicts but also those who continue to serve today — at sea, in the air, and on land.

We will remember them. 🌺
