Yesterday turned into one of those days…

Phone calls, getting letters ready and delivered, then off to my caretaker job, followed by catching up with existing customers.

I’d planned to post something on here as well — but the day didn’t quite go to plan!

That’s the reality of how I work these days. I fit Money Saving Mark around my other work and commitments, rather than letting it take over everything

Yesterday I mentioned that Saturday had been a long one…

The reason was a trip to the NEC in Birmingham for Utility Warehouse’s Amplify event, along with around 6,000 other Partners

It was a long day — but a worthwhile one, hearing about what’s changing and the improvements being made across the services we can offer customers.

As I’ve mentioned before, I’m an Independent Utility Warehouse Partner. UW provides the services, but my job is to look after you — helping you through the joining process and still being here afterwards if you need me

Saturday was a long one.

Out of the house at 5.30am for a business event in Birmingham and finally home again at 10.15pm.

A really worthwhile day, but today has been rather more relaxed — walking the dog and catching up with family over coffee here in Plymouth.

That’s one of the things I value about the way I work these days. Business is important, but it has to fit around life too

So, what’s changing with Money Saving Mark?

I’m getting back to what I’ve always enjoyed most — helping people.

I’m an Independent Utility Warehouse Partner, and I offer a free, straightforward check of your everyday household services to see whether I may be able to help.

If what you already have makes sense, I’ll tell you.

If there’s an option worth considering, I’ll explain it, help with the switch if you decide to go ahead, and I’m still here afterwards if you need me.

Money Saving Mark has been a bit quiet lately

I’ve allowed the business to drift into the background while I’ve been busy getting on with life.

I’m still working as a professional magician, working part-time as a school caretaker, spending time with the family and somehow trying to finish building a campervan in between!

But Money Saving Mark hasn’t gone away.

In fact, I’ve decided it’s time for the next stage — and I’m approaching things rather differently this time.

I’ll explain what that means in my next post

What a brilliant new year celebration. Beginning with close up magic in my local pub managing to bring the new year in with loved ones at home.

Today’s walk has been postponed due to the weather and the fact we had the bean groomed yesterday.
So instead I’m doing a few bill checks to see who I can help save some money before Christmas!
