Free workshops available to anyone who needs

We have some fantastic wellbeing workshops and webinars coming up covering a whole host of topics, including Anxiety and Worry, Menstrual Health, Mindful Pregnancy, Stress, Grief and Depression, Managing Anger and Irritability, Sleep Concerns and many more.

Our mental health awareness sessions are all to join and are accessible remotely via TEAMS - making them a great wellbeing tool, right at your fingertips.

We also offer some of our workshops face to face, delivering them at our sister company Turning Point Inspiring Recovery's Socialicious Recovery Hub – these are shown on this poster and on our website.

Each of our workshops are delivered by our qualified therapists, who share practical tips and coping strategies for many mental health concerns - with a clear aim to help improve your mental wellbeing.
