☀️ Haven't we had great weather this week! Who's been enjoying it? With the sunshine, we have been taking our Sports Connects sessions outside.

🏋️‍♂️ Within the Sports Connect programme we hope to design the opportunity for social engagement, promote a sense of worth, maintain a sense of identity and lead a healthy lifestyle through exercise.

Our weekly community afternoon sessions- everyone is welcome to any of these sessions!

Our Crib club, Public Living Room and Craft & Chat are free to attend with hot drinks available for a suggested donation of £1

Our Befrending Bingo costs 50p per ticket (max 6 tickets). We have unlimited tea and coffee, biscuits and freshly made sandwiches for just £2.50. Other drinks are available from the bar.

Here for carers, wherever you are! This Carers Week (8–14 June), our Information Bus is hitting the road across Gwent to support unpaid carers of all ages.

Pop along for a friendly chat and get:
✅ Advice and guidance
✅ Information about local support
✅ Signposting to services available to you
✅ A chance to connect with others

📍 10am – 2pm | Outside main hospital entrances

If you have been bereaved and would like a safe space to come and meet with others who have experienced a similar loss, Bereavement Friends offers a safe, informal space for those who have been bereaved to come together and share their experiences of grief. Whether the loss was recent or a long time ago, all are welcome.
Facilitated by volunteers who have been trained by Cruse. Every 1st Tuesday of the month.
