Hello September!

I am really sorry but it's unlikely I'll be able to schedule any further Introductory One to One Private Lessons for people new to Angela Green Classical Pilates during September unless in the event of cancelllations. Please email me via my website (booking & contact page) to be added to my waitlist.

There is only 1 remaining private lesson slot this week which is Friday 4th September 2.30pm for an existing client. Everything else is booked but you can join waitlists for any individual slots that you can make in the event of cancellations & you'll get a notification straight from Gymcatch.

All group classes have the odd space, bookable for existing client's only/ new client's having been given clearance to book following your introductory lesson;

Tues 1st Sept 9.45am Barrel

Weds 2nd Sept Full Studio Group Apparatus at 2.30pm & 6pm (I've needed to use 5pm as a private lesson this week with the 4 day week). 7.15pm Barrel.

Friday 4th Sept 9.45am Mat, 10.45am Barrel, 1.30pm Full Studio Group Apparatus & 5pm Full Studio Group Apparatus is for experienced clients doing intermediate reformer or above.

Sat 5th Sept Tower at 8.45am & 10.45am

Back to work and school is upon us, and we have just the space you need to work from on your up and coming projects, or to get you back into the swing of things post the summer.

Our meanwhile space is a studio space that is available on a rolling weekly or monthly basis, for as long as you need it. Whether it's to connect with others, have a larger space than working from home to create work, have a space just to yourself for a period of time, or to have support with your practice for a period of time from our community of artists' based here. Whatever it may be, our meanwhile space is available.

The community in is reminded about the next traffic management as part of the Police Station and Berw Road Car Park demolition. This takes place from 7pm to 2am on four consecutive nights this week (September 1-4), starting tonight.

The work is scheduled at night to significantly minimise disruption, with the pictured left turn onto Berw Road being temporarily brought out of use. All traffic wishing to turn left will need to divert via Bridge Street Roundabout, approach the junction from the opposite direction, and take the right turn onto Berw Road - as shown on the following map: https://orlo.uk/Yh4KE

No temporary traffic lights are needed, while there will be no additional traffic management on Berw Road itself. All traffic management will be lifted during the day-time, between works.

Evening bus services will take the diversion, with journey times extended. White Bridge will also be open throughout after its recent repair scheme ended on August 14.
