Following an FRA we were asked to fit a grade A category L2 alarm system at this scouts hut in Upton.

The existing wireless EDA Zerio panel was end of life so we were asked to update this. Rather than another wireless system we opted to cable this through the loft.

Detection fitted throughout including loft space and sounder beacons within the WCs.

We were instructed to carry out a full fire safety service at a Nisa Local store in Lyme Regis, Dorset. The works included a fire alarm inspection and service, annual emergency lighting 3-hour discharge test, and a full fire extinguisher service.

EAC Fire & Security was engaged by the managing agent of a block of apartments in Boscombe to take over ongoing maintenance of the building’s emergency lighting, fire alarm system and smoke vent / AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) system. Following the initial service visit, several non-compliance issues and faults were identified that required remedial works and system updates.
