Em abril, a nossa Escolinha dedicou o mês ao Brasil 🇧🇷✨
Sabemos também que este é o mês dos povos indígenas no Brasil, uma oportunidade importante para valorizar e dar visibilidade às suas culturas, tradições e história. 🌿
Durante as aulas, explorámos o modo de vida dos povos indígenas, a sua forte ligação à natureza e a riqueza dos seus costumes. As crianças participaram ainda numa atividade muito especial de pintura corporal inspirada nos grafismos indígenas, onde puderam expressar a sua criatividade e compreender melhor o significado desta forma de arte. 🎨
Ao longo do mês, viajámos também pelas diferentes regiões do Brasil, conhecendo as suas músicas, danças, comidas típicas e festas culturais, descobrindo assim a enorme diversidade e riqueza deste país. 🎶💃🍍
Foi um mês cheio de aprendizagem, respeito e descoberta, celebrando a diversidade do mundo lusófono. 🌍💛
In April, our school dedicated the month to Brazil 🇧🇷✨
We also recognise that this is the month of Indigenous Peoples in Brazil, an important time to value and give visibility to their cultures, traditions, and history. 🌿
During our lessons, we explored the way of life of Indigenous communities, their deep connection to nature, and the richness of their customs. The children also took part in a very special activity of body painting inspired by Indigenous patterns (grafismo), where they expressed their creativity while learning about the meaning behind this form of art. 🎨
Throughout the month, we also travelled across the different regions of Brazil, discovering their music, dances, traditional foods, and cultural celebrations, highlighting the incredible diversity and richness of the country. 🎶💃🍍
It was a month full of learning, respect, and discovery, celebrating the diversity of the Portuguese-speaking world. 🌍💛
