Rhaid i rieni plant y Dosbarth Derbyn a Meithrin aros gyda’u plant. Mae croeso i rieni plant Blwyddyn 1 a Blwyddyn 2 aros gyda’u plant os dymunant, ond nid yw hyn yn orfodol.

Parents of Reception and Nursery children must stay with their child. Parents of Year 1 and Year 2 children are welcome to stay if they wish, but this is optional.

Pwy sydd yn y Llun yma?

Dyma lun o Ysgol Central, Porthmadog, yn 1932. Tybed oes rhywun yn adnabod wyneb neu efallai fod perthynas i un o ddisgyblion Ysgol Eifion Wyn heddiw yn y llun?
Byddem wrth ein boddau yn clywed gennych wrth i ni baratoi i gofio 100 mlynedd ers marwolaeth Eliseus Williams (Eifion Wyn).

Who’s who in this photograph?

Here is a photograph of Central School, Porthmadog, taken in 1932. Does anyone recognise a face or perhaps there is a relative of one today’s Ysgol Eifion Wyn pulpils in the photograph?
We would love to hear from you as we prépare to commemorate 100 years since the death of Eliseus Williams (Eifion Wyn).

❤️ Diolch o galon i Rhys Rowlands (mab Anti Sharon), cyn-ddisgybl o Ysgol Eifion Wyn, garddwr o fri ac un o gyflwynwyr Garddio a Mwy ar S4C, am y rhodd o domatos a phupur coch i blant Dosbarth Moel y Gest. 🍅🌶️
Cafodd pawb gyfle i flasu – rhai wrth eu bodd â’r blas ac eraill ddim mor siŵr! Roedd yn gyfle gwych i archwilio blasau newydd a sgwrsio am y lliw coch a bwydydd iach.

❤️ A heartfelt thank you to Rhys Rowlands (Anti Sharon’s son), a former pupil of Ysgol Eifion Wyn, renowned gardener and one of the presenters of Garddio a Mwy on S4C, for kindly donating tomatoes and red peppers for the children in Dosbarth Moel y Gest. 🍅🌶️
Everyone had a chance to taste them – some loved the flavours, while others weren’t quite so sure! 😋 It was a wonderful opportunity to explore new tastes and chat about the colour red and healthy foods.

Braf iawn oedd croesawu 25 o blant bach newydd i Ddosbarth Moel y Gest (Meithrin) eleni.
Mae’r plant wedi bod yn brysur yn dod i adnabod eu dosbarth newydd, gwneud ffrindiau, archwilio, chwarae a dysgu gyda’i gilydd. Mae wedi bod yn hyfryd eu gweld yn magu hyder ac yn setlo mor hapus i fywyd Ysgol Eifion Wyn.

t was lovely to welcome 25 new little learners to Moel y Gest Class (Nursery) this year.
The children have been busy getting to know their new classroom, making friends, exploring, playing and learning together.
It has been wonderful to see them growing in confidence, forming friendships and settling so happily into life at Ysgol Eifion Wyn.

‼️NEGES BWYSIG‼️

Ar hyn o bryd nid oes digon o aelodau yn y Cyfeillion i ni barhau. Mae rôl Cyfeillion yr ysgol yn un bwysig er mwyn helpu cynnal cymuned ehangach yr ysgol a hel a***n ar gyfer pethau nad ydynt o fewn cyllideb yr ysgol. Yn y blynyddoedd diwethaf, rydym wedi rhoi a***n tuag at gynllun Darllen Co, hwdis gadael blwyddyn 6 a’r siediau beics ynghyd â’r cwrs antur.

Rydym felly yn chwilio am wirfoddolwyr i greu pwyllgor Cyfeillion newydd.

*Byddwn yn cyfarfod nos Fawrth nesaf, 22ain o Fedi, i drafod dyfodol Cyfeillion Ysgol Eifion Wyn (lleoliad i’w gadarnhau)*.

Os gallwch gynnig eich amser, neu am fwy o wybodaeth am y Cyfeillion, cysylltwch â Angharad Parry neu Lois Jones neu yrru neges drwy’r cyfri yma. Os nad ydych yn gallu mynychu’r cyfarfod ond eisiau ymuno, plis gadewch i ni wybod.

Gobeithio y gwelwn ni chi nos Fawrth nesaf!

‼️IMPORTANT MESSAGE‼️

We don’t currently have enough members to continue the Cyfeillion. The Cyfeillion play an important role in the wider school community and raise money for a variety of things that aren’t covered by the school budget. In the last few years the Cyfeillion have contributed to the bike sheds, the Darllen Co app, leavers hoodies and fundraised for the adventure course.

We are therefore looking for new volunteers to form a new Cyfeillion.

*We will be meeting next Tuesday night 22nd of September at 7pm (location to be confirmed) to establish the future of the Cyfeillion.*

If you can volunteer your time, please get in touch with Angharad Parry or Lois Jones or get in touch through this account. If you’d like to be a part of the Cyfeillion but can’t make the meeting please let us know.

We’ll hopefully see you next Tuesday!

PLEASE SHARE THIS MESSAGE.
