Looking for a creative activity to share with the kids over the October half-term? Our Sketch and Draw sessions are returning! 🎨

📍 Prestatyn Town Council: Monday 26th October, 10am - 1pm

We have two upcoming sessions, with a Halloween and Bonfire Night theme - you're very welcome to attend with your kids and all enjoy some seasonal arts and crafts together! All children must be supervised. 🎃 🎆

We’re delighted to announce that talented local singer Marney Bailey will be joining the line-up of performers at this year’s Prestatyn Christmas Lights Switch-On on Friday 27th November 2026!

We’re looking forward to welcoming Marney to the stage as part of this special festive celebration. It promises to be a wonderful evening filled with music, Christmas magic and community spirit as we come together to kick off the festive season in style! 🎅

🎉 Celebrating 100 years of Rotary!

Last Friday, the Mayor (Cllr. Anton Sampson) and deputy Mayor (Cllr. Carol Holliday) of Prestatyn and Meliden had the pleasure of attending Prestatyn Rotary Club's 99th Charter celebration at the Beaches Hotel.

The Mayor said: “It was a pleasure to join them and celebrate their 100th year of Rotary. The evening was rounded off with a brilliant and thought-provoking after-dinner speech by Steve Martin.”

The Council would like to thank the Rotary Club for the warm welcome and congratulate everyone involved on this fantastic milestone, recognising a century of community spirit and service 👏
