🎉 A huge thank you to everyone who took part in our Funday event! 🎉

It was fantastic to see so many people coming together and enjoying the day. Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, helped organise, supported the activities and refreshments, and contributed to making the event such a success.

Events like this simply wouldn’t happen without the wonderful community spirit and support of so many people.

Thank you all for being part of a fantastic day – we hope you had as much fun as we did! ❤️

Prestatyn’s New Electric Fflecsi Bus Service

Prestatyn has launched a brand-new, zero-emission electric Fflecsi bus (Service 44). Operated by Denbighshire County Council, this 8-seater, wheelchair-accessible minibus has no fixed timetable. Instead, it responds directly to passenger bookings, connecting local estates with the town centre, train station, and Barkby Beach.

Service Details

Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

Fares: Single tickets start at £1.50.

Concessions: Valid Transport for Wales concessionary passes are accepted for free travel.

How to Use It

You can book your journey on the day or up to 7 days in advance.

Book: Use the free Transport for Wales Fflecsi App or call the helpline at 0300 234 0300.

Wait: The system will assign a nearby pick-up point and arrival time. You can track the bus in real-time on the app.

Pay: Board the bus and pay via contactless card, exact cash, or scan your concession pass.

Ride: The bus will pick up other residents along the way and drop you off at your destination. Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
