📢 Tell us what you think about support and services for children, young people and families.

We'd like to hear from you whether you've used our services or not.

If you've used services like Family Hubs, youth support or other local services, we'd love to hear about your experience.

If you haven't used our services, we still want to hear from you. Your views can help us understand whether young people know what support is available and where they would go if they needed help.

Your feedback will help us improve services and make sure they work for young people now and in the future.

✅ Take our survey: www.lancashire.gov.uk/family-survey/

💬 Need help to complete the survey? You can get support at any of our Family Hubs or by emailing [email protected]

Thank you for helping make Lancashire a better place for children, young people and families.

📢 Your views matter, whether you've used our services or not.

We're asking children, young people, parents and carers to complete a short survey to help us understand:

✅whether people know what help is available
✅ what is working well
✅where services could be improved
✅how easy it is to find support
✅what families need in the future

You don't need to have used our services to take part. Hearing from people who haven't accessed support is just as important. Your feedback will help us understand awareness of services and any barriers people may face when looking for help.

👉Take the survey: www.lancashire.gov.uk/family-survey/

💬 Need help completing the survey? Staff at any Lancashire Family Hub can support you. You can also get support by emailing [email protected]

Thank you for helping us improve services for children, young people and families across Lancashire.
