If you are interested in starting a rewarding career working with children, young people and families then go along to our Early Help Career Open Day on Monday 9th November, 10am-2.30pm at New Era Family Hub and Zone, Paradise Street, Accrington BB5 1PB.
It will be an opportunity to:
-meet members of the Early Help Team
-learn about the range of roles available within the service
-ask questions and gain an insight into working with Early Help
-discover how to apply for a fully funded Bootcamp place
-learn about the pathway to a guaranteed interview with Lancashire County Council's Children and Family Wellbeing Service upon successful completion.
No previous experience or qualifications are necessary for the learners wishing to attend, making this an excellent opportunity for people looking to begin a career within our service!

We still want to hear from you.

You don't need to have used any children and family services to take part in our survey.

In fact, hearing from people who haven't used services is just as important. Your feedback will help us understand:

✅ whether people know what support is available
✅ how easy it is to find information and advice
✅ any barriers that might stop families accessing support
✅ what children, young people and families may need in the future

Whether you've never needed support, didn't know about the services available, or simply haven't used them, we'd like to hear your views.

Your feedback will help us improve services and make sure support is easy to find and accessible for families across Lancashire.

We're asking children, young people, parents and carers to complete a short survey to help us understand:

✅whether people know what help is available
✅ what is working well
✅where services could be improved
✅how easy it is to find support
✅what families need in the future

You don't need to have used our services to take part. Hearing from people who haven't accessed support is just as important. Your feedback will help us understand awareness of services and any barriers people may face when looking for help.

Advice sessions delivered by ELCAS are available on-line via ‘Attend Anywhere’:
