Our at Bowland Country Park, lovingly grown and managed by Maz & family from Maz , opens THIS WEEKEND! 🍁🎃

It’s the perfect opportunity to snap some pumpkin-themed pics with the little ones and treat yourself to a special autumnal hot chocolate from Trough & Brew café whilst you’re here! ☕🍂

🎃 Pumpkin picking & carving sessions:
Saturday: 10am–2pm
Sunday: 10am–12pm

And the best bit? Leave the carving mess here for the animals! 🐾🎃

Looking back at a morning that reminded us just how good slowing down can feel… 🍂🧘🏻‍♀️🍇

Earlier this month, we welcomed a lovely group of ladies to Bowland Country Park for a morning dedicated to slowing down, switching off and taking some much-needed time for themselves.

From mindful movement with mat pilates to the calming sounds of a restorative sound bath, followed by the most delicious spread from bowlandtroughandbrew café.

Think colourful açai bowls, fresh fruit, pastries and warming autumnal drinks. ☕️🍁

Good food, gentle movement and lovely company. All in all, a truly nourishing morning for the mind, body and soul. 🤎

A huge thank you to Rhosara – Pelvic Health Physio • Pilates • Women’s Wellness for hosting, and everyone who joined us to make the morning so special.

🍂 An autumn day out for just £6.50? Yes, really! 😍

The park is slowly starting to swap its summer greens for gorgeous shades of gold, orange and red… and it’s only going to get prettier! 🍁

With crisp fresh air, beautiful scenery and plenty of space to explore, it’s the perfect excuse to get outdoors and enjoy the changing seasons. 🧡

And what better way to round off your visit than with one of the NEW hot chocolate specials at bowlandtroughandbrew ? ☕🍫 A little something to warm you up after exploring the park!

A very special weekend at Bowland 🧘🏻‍♀️🍁 This weekend saw the first wellness morning take place in our newly built Bowland Barns, hosted by the lovely Rachel from Rhosara – Pelvic Health Physio • Pilates • Women’s Wellness

Our guests enjoyed a morning dedicated to movement, relaxation and wellbeing, followed by an incredible spread prepared by the team at bowlandtroughandbrew

Across the rest of the park, we welcomed plenty of first-time visitors. The animals were receiving plenty of attention, and Trough & Brew rarely seemed to have a quiet moment.

Their newly launched autumn hot chocolates also made their debut, with several flavours selling out by early afternoon! 🍁

Thank you to everyone who spent part of their weekend with us... we’re always grateful for your support.

We’ll be sharing more from the wellness morning, along with a closer look at the new autumn flavours, throughout the week.

Bowland Country Park x Rhosara – Pelvic Health Physio • Pilates • Women’s Wellness

9:30am–12:30pm
Start October with a relaxing morning of Mat Pilates, a restorative crystal sound bath, an autumnal drink and açai bowl, followed by a mindful walk in nature. £40pp.

🎃 Pumpkin Picking at Maz

Come and pick your own pumpkins from our patch, with plenty of autumn photo opportunities - and you can even carve your pumpkin here and leave the mess for the animals! Hosted by Maz and family from Maz

Several dates and sessions are available throughout October, ranging from 17th to the 29th October.

🧪 Halloween Crafts & Potion Making

Also hosted by Maz - where children can enjoy Halloween-themed crafts and make their very own potion to take home! Selected dates still available at www.bookwhen.com/bowlandkitchengarden

🪄 Billy Sparks’ Magic & Gunge Show

90 minutes of K-Pop dancing, pop-star makeovers and themed crafts for young K-Pop fans! 🧑‍🎤👩‍🎤
