Prudhoe Youth Project is delighted to offer FREE swimming sessions for young people and families throughout the summer holidays!

📅 Every Saturday from 11th July to 12th September
⏰ Swim session: 2:40pm – 3:40pm
🚪 Please arrive from 2:30pm
📍 Prudhoe Waterworld

Who can attend?
✅ Young people aged 8–18 years
✅ Families with younger children

🎟 No booking required – just turn up!
⚠️ Places are available on a first come, first served basis.

Today, 32 of our Year 5 and 6 pupils have been playing cricket at Stocksfield Cricket Club. Pupils have had a fantastic day in the sun, competing against other schools in the area. There were lots of fantastic catches and plenty of sixes! Well done to everybody who took part. 🏏

Last week, Primary Enterprise World came in to work with our Year 6 pupils on ‘Clown Company’ where children had to work in groups to make a clown mobile suitable to be sold to the market. Pupils learnt enterprising skills such as leadership, accounting, sales and production skills. Pupils reported that they really enjoyed this activity, especially where they had to pitch their mobile to the team of experts!

We are super proud of Margot who has recently been offered a place in the Royal Ballet School Associate Programme after a very competitive audition process. We can't wait to see what's ahead!

We were absolutely blown away by the quality and number of entries for our recent wildlife photography and art competition!

So many pupils took time over half term to photograph the wonderful wildlife in their environment or create artwork inspired by what they saw.

Limiting screen time and getting out in nature is so good for both physical and mental wellbeing!

Every child who submitted an entry has received Highfield points and a small gift.

A huge well done to everyone who took part!

On Friday morning, lots of our KS3 pupils took part in a series of workshops led by the fire service. The sessions focused on antisocial behaviour, water safety and fire safety.
