Every commercial building and rental property must have a Fire Risk Assessment (FRA). It identifies:
✅ Fire hazards
✅ Persons at risk
✅ Measures to reduce risk & keep people safe

📜 Legal Requirement:
Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, it's your legal responsibility to:

Have a suitable and sufficient FRA

Keep it up to date

Share findings with relevant people

🚨 FRA must be reviewed regularly, especially after:

A change in layout, occupancy, or risk

A fire-related incident
