Today, we attended a fantastic session at Barchester Care Home, delivered by Raj from Therapies on Thames, to launch rehabilitation across Blue Angel Care and take the next step in our partnership with Therapies on Thames. Therapies on Thames- Rehabilitation matters for elderly

The session explored how we can bring a rehabilitation-focused approach into the care we provide, supporting our clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing at home.

A huge thank you to Raj for delivering such an insightful session, and to our incredible partners at Barchester Care Home for hosting us!

Our client, CS, enjoyed a lovely walk in her local community with care givers SC and AC.

More than just a walk, it was a chance to get outdoors, enjoy a change of scenery and spend quality time together. With encouragement and reassurance from our lovely care givers, CS could stay active, connected and independent, while supporting both her physical and emotional wellbeing.

Fresh air, good company and a little more independence. 💙

💙 Moments That Matter 💙 There's more to a gentle stroll than meets the eye. Today's Moment That Matters comes from our Farnborough, Farnham & Fleet team, who shared one of our client I's weekly walks with our care giver.

When asked what he enjoys about his walks, I said:

“I like to enjoy it, to keep on moving. I like to see what's going on. A nice gentle stroll keeps me exercising.”

These walks help I stay active, enjoy his local surroundings and continue doing something he looks forward to. They also give his wife some valuable time for herself, knowing I is safe, happy and supported.

A simple walk. A meaningful difference. 💙

Today's Moment That Matters comes from our Basingstoke team, who shared this lovely moment of our wonderful client beating the eggs to make scrambled eggs for breakfast, with a little encouragement and guidance from our care giver, N. Our client thoroughly enjoyed it and what made breakfast even more tastier was knowing she'd made it herself. 😍
