This time last year the future of ‘the office’ was looking rather bleak, according to the news it was in dire straits. Fortunately, most of our Business Parks were already fully occupied with brilliant tenants so certainly we considered ourselves lucky.

We were however concerned with one Park in particular featuring 13 empty units - 18,750 sq ft of empty space!

The last year has seen us let 11 of those units to new tenants leaving us with just 2,500 sq ft of empty space with enquiries still strong. Certainly, a positive story amongst what has been a time of negative press for commercial space💡.

Jonny adds "I feel this reflects the appetite to keep work away from home (at least some of the time) and the importance of real life, face to face interactions with colleagues."
