All of our Libraries will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday (31st August).

If you need a book fix whilst we're closed, don't panic, BorrowBox has you covered.

Access eBooks, eAudiobooks and eMagazines 24hrs a day. All you need is your Library card and pin.

Not sure of your pin or not a member? Visit your local Library to get access (as long as we're open!).

Our FREE children's end of summer Make Do and Mend Library picnic is in full swing. Food including the beautiful fruit platter, Yogurts and all the utensils purchased and delivered by Cllr Jade Lavan - Zetland Ward .
Thank you to everyone who contributed. So much going on for the community in this little library.

Just a little reminder that our Make Do and Mend Library on Laburnum Road is continuing to open to the public on a Monday Morning between 10am and 12 noon for those who want to use and are able to use the self serve machine.
We also continue to open every Tuesday and Wednesday from 9.30 till 5pm.

🖍 Winners will be selected at random from each prize draw.

Thank you to everyone that came to the Free junk modelling session today at Make Do and Mend Library on Laburnum Road.

So look what's happening for Free this Tuesday at our Make Do and Mend Library. Couple of spaces left as we only have room for six children and their helpful helpers!
This little library is more than just book lending.
🧒 It provides a creative environment for inquisitive minds
⛑ It provides a safe environment where people are welcomed
☕We have plenty of room to have a sit down and grab a coffee / juice / water
🧶🚂 We run and support interest groups
🤪🙄🤔. . . And so much more. . . But don't forget the books. 📚📖📙📘

The cardigans and knitted baby items were received at First Steps.

We would like to give a great big thank you to Make Do and Mend Librarys, Close Knit, knitting group.
They have spent their time knitting cardigans to give out to babies who get referred into our project.
What a lovely, thoughtful gesture.
