Here in Redcar & Cleveland we celebrated our Kinship Carers during Kinship Care Week last Friday, they enjoyed a range of relaxation treatments provided by Bespoke Holistics Wellbeing Centre and Butterfly Holistic Therapies 🎊🎉💆‍♀️🧘‍♀️☺️

If you are a Kinship Carer and looking for some support or just to meet people in similar situations then please reach out, the group members say its: “Somewhere that you can come and not feel judged. Everyone is in the same boat, and it’s support for each other because we share experiences, and you’ll meet new friends.”

This Saturday we have a team from Redcar CF taking part in the 60 mile Hardmoors Challenge. The team will be raising awareness for Foster with North East and the importance of fostering for your Local Authority the will be running in our branded t-shirts and hats. This is an incredible event and will start in Guisborough and running to Filey along the beautiful Cleveland Way National Trail
We would like to wish them all luck and say thank you to you all. We look forward to seeing the photos

Wow what a fabulous day we had in the sun at Festival of Thift yesterday. A huge thank you to so many of our fostering families coming to see us. A brilliant family day out with amazing food, crafts and entertainment. Emma and Charlotte from our team and Chris from Middlesbrough team loved chatting to visitors about fostering. Our team will be there again today based in the health village on the museum car park. Toni and Beth will be there to welcome you all. 💜
