In light of the recent news reports concerning Pure Cremation and their opening of a industrial sized mortuary to hold up to 700 deceased individuals, we felt it was important to share a reminder that families have a choice when it comes to arranging a direct cremation.

At Morris Funeral Services, we believe that choosing a simple, affordable cremation should never mean compromising on dignity, respect, transparency or peace of mind.

We understand that cost is an important consideration for many families, which is why we are proud to offer a clear and honest approach to our direct cremation services.

We’re pleased to be supporting and promoting a Coffee Morning at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, taking place on Saturday 7th November from 11am until 1pm.

It’s a lovely opportunity to visit the crematorium, meet the team, enjoy a cup of coffee and have a friendly chat in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Whether you’ve recently used the crematorium, are considering future arrangements, or would simply like to come along and find out more, everyone is welcome.

Today, we had the privilege of caring for a lady as we said our final farewell at the beautiful St Michael’s Church in Abergele.🎩
Under a lovely blue sky, the church grounds were quiet and still, with squirrels amongst the trees — a gentle and comforting setting for such a poignant occasion 💙
Following the service, she was laid to rest in the churchyard, surrounded by the peace and beauty of this special place.
Our thoughts remain with her family and loved ones at this difficult time 💙

A Life of Dedication and Care

This week, we had the privilege of caring for the funeral of a much-loved lady. As her family and friends came together to celebrate her life and say their final farewell.

The funeral service was held at the beautiful St Werburgh's Catholic Church Chester, where we gathered to remember a lady who had devoted so much of her life to caring for others.

Following the service, her committal took place at Memoria Flintshire Memorial Park & Crematorium where family and friends said their final goodbye.

We feel privileged to have been entrusted with caring for her and supporting her family throughout this difficult time.

Our thoughts remain with all her family & friends

Yesterday, we had the honour of caring for a much-loved local man as family and friends came together to celebrate his life and say their final farewell. The service took place at the beautiful St Bridget’s Church in Dyserth. 💙

Surrounded by a large and loving family, it was clear just how many lives he had touched throughout his life. There were many heartfelt memories, stories and moments of reflection as everyone came together to remember a very special man.
Our thoughts remain with his family and friends at this difficult time.

Yesterday we had the honour of conducting the funeral service for a much-loved and well-known member of the local community.

The service took place at St Thomas’s Church in Rhyl, where family, friends and many members of the community came together to remember and celebrate his life.

It was clear from the many people who attended just how greatly he was loved and respected, and what a lasting impression he made on those who knew him.

Our thoughts remain with his family and loved ones at this difficult time. May he rest in peace. 💙🎩💙
