All this way to fix an electric boiler in a holiday let, owner was over the moon because we answered the phone, turned up and “appeared” to know what we were talking about!

Like a swan, graceful above the water, legs are flapping and flailing around everywhere under the water 😂

Parts identified and will provide an estimate and return to replace as soon as we can get hold of them.

Well it’s been a really busy few weeks / months and things are finally coming together.

Some exciting news to bring you, I recently completed my F gas training, and passed. So we can now undertake Air Conditioning and Refrigeration work!

Finally got the qualification through today and was able to apply for Refcom as a registered contractor.

Pleased to announce we are now fully registered with Refcom 👍

Just completed an urgent call out to for a good customer of ours. The Blue Elephant Indian restaurant in Llandudno experienced a loss of power with a restaurant full of customers.

Although they provided candles and set a very romantic setting for their customers, it isn’t ideal for them to be cooking and serving food in the dark.

Attended within 20 mins of receiving the call, to find a supplier issue. L2 or yellow phase for us old boys had dropped out.

Carried out some checks and looked at the viability of linking our some circuits to get the lighting back on, then out of nowhere the power came back on.

Nice big cheer from all the customers and every was happy. Waited on site for 30/40 mins incase of any further issues and headed home.

Always happy to attend and help customers at any time of the day 7 days a week. As long as we are available we can attend and help.

I’ve just had to drive from Rhyl to Anglesey to pick this part up, £140 for this little sensor. Now to drive from Angles...

I’ve just had to drive from Rhyl to Anglesey to pick this part up, £140 for this little sensor. Now to drive from Anglesey to Wrexham to fit it on a water heater in a kebab house!

Can’t have the good people of Wrexham going without a Donner kebab for tea can we? 😉
