And this is only one part of what you’ll find at Bodrhyddan next weekend.

Across 10 or Less Fest you can:

🌳 Explore the gardens and grounds
🏰 Visit Bodrhyddan Hall with guided tours available subject to ticket availability
🧚 Follow the Woodland Fairy & Troll Trail
🤝 Wander through our Discovery Fair and meet local clubs, societies, charities and community groups
🎸 Enjoy a full live music festival programme throughout the weekend
🍴 Eat your way around a great selection of local caterers and food traders
🍺 Relax with a drink from the festival bar
🙌 And get involved in a full programme of workshops, demonstrations and have-a-go activities — from Mini Mozarts and creative writing to aerial dance, Pilates, puppet shows, the Sunday fun 5K and more!

The whole idea behind 10 or Less is to come for a great day out and hopefully leave having discovered something new on your doorstep.

And all of that is just £9 in advance.

Our final House & Gardens opening of the year is coming up on Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th September.

It’s one of the rare chances to visit Bodrhyddan on a weekend when there isn’t a large event taking place, so it should be a quieter opportunity to enjoy the house, gardens and grounds at a gentler pace.

It will also be the last chance this year for children to explore our fairy walks through the gardens before we close for the season. Fairies and trolls live in those woods!

The tea rooms will be open too, so you can make an afternoon of it with coffee, cake and a wander.

Bring your imagination to 10 or Less Fest ✍️📖

We’re really pleased to have Barefoot at the Kitchen Table joining us with a creative writing workshop as part of the 10 or Less activity programme.

Whether you already love writing or haven’t put pen to paper for years, this is a chance to sit down, find a little inspiration and simply have a go.

One of the big ideas behind 10 or Less Fest is helping people discover hobbies, groups and interests they might never otherwise come across and to leave having found something they’d like to continue afterwards.

So bring your ideas, your imagination and a bit of creativity along!

10 or Less filling up fast!

We’re filling the last few gaps across our themed areas and would love to hear from local clubs, groups, organisations and initiatives who’d like to be involved.

We’re particularly looking for exhibitors in:

Family, Youth & Childcare
Hobbies & Clubs
Community & Volunteering
Animals & Pets
Health, Wellbeing & Nature

The more interactive, the better. Demonstrations, taster sessions, activities, talks and anything visitors can actually get involved with are exactly what we’re after.

Little ones can get involved at 10 or Less Fest too! 🎶👶

We’re really pleased to have Mini Mozarts joining us at Bodrhyddan Hall, bringing one of their fun and interactive music sessions onto the lawn as part of 10 or Less Fest.

Mini Mozarts offers music classes for babies and toddlers, using different themes, instruments and activities to create sessions that are fun, engaging and educational. All held in a really relaxed and welcoming environment for children and their families.

And that’s exactly the sort of thing we want 10 or Less to be about.

This won’t just be a day where families walk around looking at stalls. Across the estate there’ll be live demonstrations, taster sessions and interactive activities for children and adults to join in with, alongside live music, local food, makers, clubs, animals and plenty more to discover.

So if you’ve got young children and you’re looking for a fun family day out this September, come along, enjoy the festival and let them have a go at something new while you’re here.

We’re delighted to confirm that Prestatyn Running Club will be supporting us at 10 or Less Fest, hosting a fun run of approx 5K on Sunday 13th September as part of the event. 🏃🏼 🏃🏽‍♀️ 🏃🏻‍♂️

This will be the first organised 5K to take place at Bodrhyddan Hall, with a route taking runners through the estate and parkland.

Whether you’re a regular runner, a parkrunner, a club runner or simply fancy giving 5K a go, the aim is for it to be a relaxed, welcoming and enjoyable part of the day.

And this is just the start.

We’re hoping 10 or Less Fest can create more opportunities for local clubs and organisations to work together, and we’d love this to be the first of more joint events with Prestatyn Running Club in the future. Want to get involved? Let us know!

We are delighted to reveal the bands and musicians taking to the stage for the very first 10 or Less Fest at Bodrhyddan Hall!

Two days of brilliant local musicians, alongside everything else happening across the festival. Clubs, societies, makers, demonstrations, activities, food, drink and plenty more still to be announced.

This is exactly what 10 or Less is about: showcasing just how much talent, creativity and community we have right on our doorstep.

We cannot wait to be heading to RhuddFest this weekend! We are ready to announce 10 or Less Fest music acts but we’re holding it back until Monday.

We hope you all have a brilliant weekend at a great local event. We are delighted to announce that the team behind Rhuddfest will be providing the stages and sound production for in September.

In fact, we’re trying to keep the whole event local behind the scenes too. From the stages and sound through to our toilets, waste, infrastructure and other event suppliers.

That’s what 10 or Less is all about.
