🌿 A little escape beneath the trees… 🥂

New for this year’s Pots, Plants & Food, we’re creating a tucked-away corner beneath the oaks with coffee, prosecco and grazing platters. Somewhere to sit down, slow down and enjoy the atmosphere for a while.

So while the dads supervise the puppet shows, facepainting and attempt to stop the kids knocking over the pottery, the mums can enjoy a well-earned coffee (or prosecco) beneath the trees 👀

Expect:
☕ speciality coffee
🥂 prosecco beneath the trees
🧀 grazing & charcuterie boards
🌳 shade, seating and summer atmosphere

Alongside over 120 ceramists, makers, plants growers, food and drink makers spread out across the grounds of Bodrhyddan Hall.

🌿 The Plant Swap is back at Pots, Plants & Food! 🌿

One of our favourite little corners of the weekend returns June 13/14th beneath the trees at Bodrhyddan Hall.

Bring along plants, cuttings, seedlings or garden extras from home and see if you can trade up with fellow gardeners and plant lovers throughout the weekend 🌱

We’ll also have Bodrhyddan water lilies from the estate ponds available to purchase for just £5 each.

If you spot something at the Plant Swap that you’d rather simply buy outright, many of the donated plants will also be available for sale, with all proceeds going to charity ❤️

Whether you’re a seasoned gardener, a windowsill grower or just fancy a browse with a coffee in hand, it’s a lovely part of the event and always full of surprises.

Muck Management UK , a very different kind of event in full swing at Bodrhyddan this week 🚜

We’re pleased to be hosting Muck Management UK, a national agricultural showcase looking at how modern farms handle, store and spread manure and slurry more efficiently.

It might not sound glamorous, but it’s a big part of modern farming. The event brings together machinery, suppliers and experts to demonstrate practical ways farmers can make better use of nutrients, reduce waste, improve soil health and lower environmental impact.

There are live demonstrations taking place across the estate, with some seriously impressive kit on show, from spreaders and tankers to slurry systems and storage solutions.

We’re always pleased to welcome different organisations, industries and communities to use the estate as a setting for their own events.
