Hi Duncan,

Thank you for the final report. We are so pleased that we decided for D….. to undergo the full assessment. As well as confirming the recommendations for tests and exams, it has given us a full insight into exactly where his difficulties are and also how we can help to support him. I have no doubt that this will push him a step further towards reaching his full potential. He is happy that his difficulties have been acknowledged more formally and is hopeful that in using the various study skills suggested, he will become less frustrated, as well as more efficient when studying or revising. In the short term it has given him some confidence and belief in his ability, which is also wonderful to see.

Thank you for being so accommodating and putting D…….. at ease. He enjoyed your conversations and felt very comfortable in your company, of which we also appreciate, so thank you again. We would like to thank you for the time and effort during the whole process, including the extensive report and informal feedback via zoom on the day.

I have passed your details onto a friend, whose daughter is in Year 11 at another school but has had similar difficulties to D……I have given you a glowing recommendation!
