I was pleased to support a constituent whose Universal Credit was suspended, leaving her family without income. After raising the issue with the DWP and Medway Council, her payments were reinstated and additional support was secured to help with essential costs.

Pleased that the Government is expanding free 24/7 bus travel for disabled people across England.

I’ve heard from local people across Rochester and Strood about how important accessible and affordable bus travel is. This will make a real difference to people across our community.
