Come and enjoy a festive evening at the Hall on Sunday 6th December with Courts of Rayleigh. £45 for tuition, a cuppa, a spot of fizz, a mince pie, some festive cheer and everything needed to make a beautiful wreath for your front door. Deposit of £20 required to book. £10 per booking goes towards the ongoing maintenance of the hall.

Woohoo we’re back again! The Craft Fair you all look forward to! This year with an extra day to see Santa at the Hall. So two days!!! There will be bookings set aside for SEN children so they can see Santa too. Just let us know how we can help? It maybe less noise, wheelchair access, Santa meet and greet and walk through the Grotto with him to desensitise, BSL sign language (Helf does have BSL level 3 for any children that need sign)…. just let us know.

Booking isn’t available just yet. Please see the poster below for online booking with Helf and any extra information.

Stall Holder booking opens on 12th September on our Website and Santa bookings open on our Website on 30th October.

Look forward to sharing the Christmas season with you all again this year.

Our Inflatable Day Booking starts on the 12th July, first come first served. 30 positions in the morning 30 for the afternoon. The bookings will run through our website, an online form for you to fill in will request your passes, we will then confirm with an email and instructions to pay into our bank account. We will send your receipt of payment via email. This isn’t an automated service and run by our volunteers. We hope you enjoy the day!
